The Best Illustrated Faces & Beauty Award celebrates outstanding portrait and beauty illustration in fashion. From expressive faces to striking beauty concepts, this award recognises originality, style, mood, and technical skill. It is open to artists at all levels — whether you are a student, emerging creative, or established illustrator.

What You Can Use:
Artwork can be created using traditional, analogue or digital methods, including:

• Analogue: pen, ink, pencils, markers, watercolour, gouache, mixed media

• Digital: iPad & Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital tools

• Hybrid approaches: combining handmade and digital elements

• Open to all artists worldwide (members & non-members)
• Entries can be commissioned, published, unpublished, or personal projects
• Submit work online, no need to send originals.
• Judged by an esteemed international panel of industry experts

  Every artist submitting work for the 12th Awards will be featured on our dedicated FIDA AWARDS platform throughout the event. Your website and/or social media links will also be included, creating extra visibility and promotional opportunities.
