Refund policy

Award entries are non-refundable. If work is not submitted, or submitted after the deadline, it will not be put in for consideration or refunded.

Fida and Fidarts online courses can only be refunded up to 14 days after purchase, as long as the course has not yet started. Once the course commences and/or the purchaser joins the online resources (slack app) there is no longer the option to request a refund. 

Digital goods (e-magazines, e-books and digital PDFs) can only be refunded up to 14 days after purchase, as long as they have not been downloaded. Once downloaded they are non-refundable.
