FIDA x Fashion Scout: London Fashion Week, September 2026
London enjoyed an extraordinary few days of fashion, art and creative expression across the city during London Fashion Week over the last week.
FIDA was delighted to collaborate with Fashion Scout for another year, bringing together the immediacy of fashion and the individuality of illustration. This season felt especially significant as Fashion Scout celebrated its 20th anniversary – two decades of championing emerging designers and introducing exciting new creative voices to the international fashion industry.

Fashion Scout’s September 2026 shows delivered an energising celebration of global talent. Experimental silhouettes, bold storytelling and impressive craftsmanship filled the runway as designers challenged convention and offered fresh perspectives on identity, culture and contemporary fashion. The programme was diverse, optimistic and forward-looking, capturing the distinctive spirit of innovation that continues to define London.

At Protein Studios, FIDA presented an exhibition featuring work by artists from around the world, creating a visual dialogue with the designers, collections and atmosphere surrounding London Fashion Week.

The artwork extended throughout the venue, transforming the venue's windows and promotional walls into a vibrant showcase of contemporary fashion illustration.

Alongside the exhibition, FIDA's team of live illustrators captured the Fashion Scout shows as they unfolded. Working from the runway and backstage, the artists translated movement, fabric and fleeting details into distinctive works on paper. Just as importantly, they turned their attention to the crowds – whose individuality, energy and unmistakable Fashion Week style never fail to impress.
