Fida 7th Awards will recognise the best agencies, design companies, publishing houses, digital companies, technology brands and gaming developers. 

We will have 5 industry categories:


This award is for the best use of fashion illustration within the context of publishing from books, magazines, covers and editorial design to in store printed promotions


This award is best use of fashion illustration on branded products and branded customisation experiences. 

Live event/store experience 

This award is for the best fashion artist experience held during a live event, at a product launch or personal collaboration.

Advertising Campaign

This award is for best use of fashion illustration in a branded campaign, in print or digitally.

Fashion art and design in technology:

This award is for best use of fashion art, illustration and design within the technology space, from NFT experience, digital app, augmented reality experience, digital fashion drop, digital fashion artwork, virtual reality experience to software and gaming partnership.


This award will be judged by both artist and industry leaders

Each submission will send artworks within a pdf containing links if required to videos upload to youtube or vimeo. After applicant has paid you will be sent a downloadable document for further details and information for awards.

Artwork can be any dimensions, but maximum file size you can send is 5 MB.


Fida will notify:

  • Long listed company on 12.05.2023 1pm US EST
  • Short listed company on 19.05.2023 1pm US EST
  • Winning company and Commendations on 26.05.2023 1pm US EST 
  • The awards announcement will be made live via Instagram on 26.05.23 5pm UK BST (Winners will be invited to an award ceremony in November to receive their award).

    The winner of each category will be featured in The Fida Fashion Illustration Bible Book 'The Fible" 

    Of the 5 category winners, 1 company will go forward to become the overall winner.

    This product is non-refundable. 

    The application and notification process for the awards are as follows:

      • Once you have purchased an entry into the awards, you will be sent instructions explaining how to format and send image(s).

      • Once Fida receives your images, you will be emailed, to confirm receipt of the image(s).

      • In order that all artists can be notified at the same time, both the Longlist and Shortlist will initially be announced on the Fida website: Dates and times will be provided on the website and instagram, once agreed.

      • The Longlist and Shortlist will also, at a later date, be announced on Fida worldwide’s Instagram account.

      • The finalists and winners will be announced during a virtual event on @fidaworldwide Instagram Live. Dates and times of the live announcement will be provided on the website and on instagram, once agreed, so please make sure you follow us to receive this information (@fidaworldwide). 

      • Winners and finalists will also be added to the website, in due course, after the Live Instagram announcement.

      • You will NOT be emailed individually with results. If your name is not shown on the website, you have NOT been selected.

      • Due to the number of entries we receive, and the fact that we secure industry professionals to judge our awards, it is not possible to give individual feedback to each applicant.
