Fida is running a series of monthly talks with Industry artists and creatives.
The Talks will be discussing the work of a selection of fashion creatives and artists, with numerous experience working both in-house and freelance with brands. The talks will offer the opportunity for Q&A at the end and the talk should last no more than 45 minutes.
Fida aims to help support and celebrate the fashion illustrators of today, through the money raised from the talks will offer opportunities to illustrators unable to afford a place on the Fida website or books.

'COMMERCIALISM" in fashion Illustration
Spiros Halaris is a multi-disciplinary award winning Illustrator. Born in Greece, he was trained at the University of the Arts London and has studios in London and New York, where he's currently based.
His signature aesthetic, distinguished by its eye-catching colours, sophistication and playfulness, has the ability to capture the spirit of every subject and give it a new dazzling and elegant form.
He has been creating illustrations for an international and diverse clientele including: Shiseido, The New York Times, The New Yorker, Harrods, Shiseido, Vogue, Architectural Digest, Bergdorf Goodman and he has created campaigns for luxury houses such as Bvlgari, Dior, Emporio Armani and Boghossian to name a few.
Peter Turner is a highly regarded fashion illustrator and designer who has worked with some of fashion's greats, including Christian Dior Couture - he was the in-house illustrator for several years - Calvin Klein, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. He is based in New York. Helen Rochester is a London-based writer and editor. She was LKP's resident fashion expert for over a decade, commissioning style-centric titles such as Denim Dudes, The New Garconne and Fashion 150.
