Fida Live 2024 Weekender is a series of 4 events over 3 days, celebrating fashion arts, through an exhibition, where brands, innovators and creatives will come together to share their vision with fashion and art lovers in London.

Fida Live will be held at Big Sky Studios, in London, which will host a fashion show, talks with brands and creatives, with live arts and music performances, over the course of the weekend. 

Big Sky Studios is central London’s largest full-service creative campus; used by luxury brands and content creators.

Artists will have the opportunity to showcase their work during the Fida Live Weekender, where industry professionals, art lovers and creatives will be attending, presenting, broadcasting and networking.

Fida is inviting you to be a part of this exciting event, and exhibit your work to a new audience.

What is included in the price of exhibiting?

• Fida and Big Sky Studios will promote the event on social media channels and websites.
• Fida will curate, hang and label artwork.
• Big Sky will provide exhibition space, walls and lighting.

• Exhibitors get free tickets to 3 events over the weekend*:

Free entry for artist to attend Friday Night VIP Launch Party and Private View- 9th February 2024 6pm - 10pm

Free entry for artist to attend Saturday Day Event (worth £40) - 10th February 2024, 10am - 6pm 

Free entry for artist to attend Sunday Day Event (worth £40) - 11th February 2024, 11am - 5pm 

What will be required of exhibitors?

• All artwork must be delivered framed and ready to hang. 
• Information must be sent to Fida at least 1 week before the event, detailing image name, medium, price, size and contact details.
• Artwork must be delivered to Big Sky Studios on: Thursday 8th February 2024, between the hours of 9am-5pm Or Friday 9th February 2024 between 9am-10am.**
• Work must be collected from Big Sky Studios on: Sunday 11th February 2024, once the event has finished, between 5.00pm-6:30pm Or Monday 12th February 2024, between the hours of 9am-5pm.***

• Artists will be responsible for all sales and Fida will take 0% commission for any items sold.****

How much will it cost to exhibit?

Prices include over £80 worth of tickets to the events.

Members can use their Fida member’s discount to save 10% on exhibition prices.

*Tickets to the events are non-transferable.

**Any artwork delivered after the drop off time, may not be displayed. Any artwork delivered unframed or damaged may not be displayed.

***Any artwork not collected by 5pm on Monday 12th February 2024, will be removed and disposed of, unless an alternative arrangement has been pre-agreed with Fida.

****Artwork cannot be removed from the exhibition before 5pm on Sunday 11th February 2024, when the event has ended, even if it has been sold.
